In November 2021, 68 Entrepreneurs (Founders) from all around the world joined Zinc's fourth Venture Builder in order to build new scalable businesses that will improve children and young people's mental health.
Since then, the Founders on the programme, supported by more than 100 experts (Fellows) and 30 executive coaches, have developed and tested an incredibly diverse range of products and services that span across various sectors such as puberty, sport, family dynamics, literacy, money and mental health,
From May to September 2022, Zinc will be hosting “Show & Tell sessions”, a series of events which provide an opportunity to learn about the very early stage Cohort 4 Portfolio companies: hear more about the teams, their vision, products and traction.
It’s an exciting time to get involved with the companies to see how you can support them to achieve their ambitious visions by providing advice, making useful connections, offering skills, and exploring investment opportunities.

How can I get involved?
We are looking to bring together people who are interested in getting involved with the Cohort 4 ventures through one or more of the following:
- Investor/Investment Advice - are you looking to invest and support the mission-led companies via capital and other resources, such as work-space?
- Becoming an Advisor / Mentor - are you an expert in a particular domain (e.g. entrepreneurship, investment, research, clinical practice, etc.) interested in advising or mentoring the Founders and their companies?
- Joining a Business - are you interested in joining an early-stage, mission-driven start-up
- Working with the Teams - are you interested in working with an early-stage, mission-led start-up to gain experience through project-based work, an internship, or a student placement?
