Move from the US to London and transform our planet's future
Zinc is a London-based, full-time Venture Builder that offers talented people the time, space and connections they need to build a new commercial, mission-driven business from scratch.
We're searching for passionate people who have the expertise to move to London for up to a year (Zinc endorses the UK Start up/Innovator Visa) to meet a cofounder from a passionate and ambitious global cohort and build a business that transforms the industries that have the most impact on our environmental crisis.
In this session, you'll head to CIC near One Broadway, Cambridge, MA on June 7th (4pm) to meet Dr Rachel Carey, Chief Scientist at Zinc, and:
- dive into how joining a Venture Builder can change your future and accelerate your impact
- meet likeminded people who are driven to lead change by creating business-to-business (B2B) commercial ventures
- learn about next steps and how you can become part of a passionate and energetic cohort, innovating to reduce environmental harm
Whether you're a researcher, businessperson or entrepreneur, marketeer or technologist; have experience in the policy or charity sector; or have direct knowledge of our 4 key areas through your role (e.g. architects, lawyers, urban planners, farmers), you could lead the new wave of environmental entrepreneurship and have real impact on our global future. For our fifth Venture Builder, we are searching for 70 people who will become the next wave of mission-driven entrepreneurs to lead change and solving the problems outlined in our manifesto.
Our Founders come from a diverse range of personal, professional and educational backgrounds; you might attend a meet and greet with business and tech innovators, researchers and scientists, practitioners, public service professionals and creatives, all of whom are passionate about this mission.
Our next mission focuses on transforming the industries that have the most impact on our environmental crisis. This means we're particularly looking for people with experience in: farming, fishing and food; transport; construction and building operations; and manufacturing and supply chains.
