The session will explore strategies and tools for unlocking human potential in venture - looking beyond the traditional peak performance narrative - at how we can create the optimal conditions for the high performing, empathetic leaders of tomorrow to thrive.

With an opening talk by record-breaking polar explorer turned climate tech investor Ben Saunders, the event will delve into topics including:
